Psychic Work & Honouring Your Energy

This letter is for everyone living on the edge of New Earth.

New Earth requires a sovereign solar plexus in each of us

Many of you drawn to Line of Light are also psychics, intuitives, and energy workers yourselves. You’ve felt at some point a treasure chest of energy within you, and like us, you’re feeling your way through how to face this light and carry it with you in this world. 

And you’re right to be nervous about these questions and shifts – because facing yourself as a supernatural soul doesn’t just mean a career or hobby change. We can’t face the truth of our being and reality then simply sidestep into a new relationship or income stream, with the old template copy + pasted. 

How many of you have tried to push through a creative or sacred-energy project as you might have been able in the past, only to find that the match won’t light? How many of you have followed through with an old boundary, when your heart is aching for a rawer truth? And vice versa: where are we confusing generosity with leaky energy and self-distraction? 

When we open up to our gifts, we essentially die a little. The You that you thought you were becomes a little more transparent, loses some tendrils, and a more potent light takes its space. This is a continual process, a constant death and rebirth as we dare to be brave and question our old beliefs about ourselves, others, the world, and what capacity we have for deep love. Including foremostly self-love, and forgiveness. 

Living and living in alignment thus demands constant presence with ourselves. Is this the way that I want to do things today? Did those words out of my mouth feel as true as they used to?

This is why the solar plexus has been singing so loudly for us all. She is asking: will you trust that you have the energy for the things that are meant for you? Do you trust that your body is intelligent, and guiding you one step at a time towards all of your intentions? Do you trust that your guidance comes not just from above, but from within? That YOU are the guide, guardian, vessel, and revelation? 

The solar plexus corresponds to the number 3 – which teaches us that our steps in 3D physical reality are tied to a great trinity of All That Is, the children of All That Is (our seemingly separated minds), and the intermediary 'Holy Spirit/Atman/Higher Self’. 

When we step forward in this world, we can remember that we are Children of God – whatever that words means to you – and we can delight as children. 

What were the dreams of your inner child? Are they still breathing through you now? Have you dashed their dreams, or are you giving them space to skip again? Do you insist that they finish their drawing by close of business? Do you chastise them for missing a note? Wonder why they haven’t climbed the corporate ladder with their clairvoyance yet? 

The uncomfortable truth is that we are not just learning who we are – we are learning how to live. Learning how to live again. We are writing this entire planet, and we are doing it through our own loving kindness towards ourselves, trusting the flow, trusting our energy, and trusting that the real ‘lightwork’ of these generations is to Honour and Trust the Energy – our energy – before all else. 

I’ve been wrestling with this myself since starting psychic readings three years ago. I thought that my manic, overachieving, hectic mental ADHD energy would help me push and push through work that is essentially yin, and subservient to no human’s schedule. It’s taken me until my great 3 Challenge Year to work out that the best I can do is breathe and let the Holy Spirit do the rest, with absolutely no concern for the requirements of my ego. Perhaps this lesson finally slapped me down for the last time, when this week I stretched myself through multiple group channelling calls, readings, and reports, to find myself finally halted by a days-long migraine and some of the worst PMS of my life. 

But all of this is good news. Because once my ego settled and I let myself remember that sharks weren’t going to eat me if I swam any more slowly, and that The Ways Knows the Way, I realised that where my energy was guiding me this whole time was to slow, creative, nourishing projects that are just for me. A children’s book. A memoir. Colouring in with the kids. Gathering more plants for the house. And if my cycle and flow looks like one week a month where the long-term, nourishing visions get to be loved, then that’s a world I want to write. That’s a world I want all of us to live in. 

So I’ll leave you today with this: Where are you fighting your energy?
